The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly while being professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spacious and light and was well equipped. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. We did not have dinner at the hotel as we were visiting family during the day and evening but we had lunch in the bar and again were very satisfied with the food and the service. The whole experience was excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Park Avenue Hotel
It was a very comfortable clean hotel the room was excellent and well laid out. Food was very good also deserves its 4 stars
Informal, but efficient. We were particularly struck by the warm and inviting decor. Someone really knew what they were doing. The food we had in the bar was exceptional; simple but beautifully prepared and presented. Top marks!
One very small thing. We would suggest that coffee be served in carafes otherwise it loses heat rapidly.
Organised-attentive-friendly and priced fairly reasonable....
My wife and I stayed in a room on the third floor and found it comfortable, quiet and clean
The fact that unless you used room service you could not get a meal or a snack after 2000.
the staff were very friendly and helpful and the services/facilities in the hotel were excellent.
We found it difficult to find the hotel but the staff were very helpful
the hotel is lovely, really nice interior the room was nice and clean and very comfortable. we orded room servive and it came very promptly and the staff were lovely. i reaaly enjoyed my stay.
Ialways stay at the Park Avenue i visit friends in Belfast
I liked the style and cleanliness of the room & bathroom. Good food & Selection in Dining Room & Bar
Mentioned in Hotel description "City Centre". Its not in the City Centre. Its in North East Belfast.Too far from City Centre. We were on the 3rd floor, and every hour & every quarter hour, there was chiming from a clock tower/church on opposite side of the street, & as there was only single glazing...this was very loud & annoying, especially at 8am on the week-end, when you'd like a lie in
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, good proximity to the city airport. Great telly over the bath.
Everything was great the only small issue would be that the pillows were very high and hard.
the rooms are decorated well and the facilities staff were very helpful
my shower curtain and towels were removed from my room before i had checked out. i got back from breakfast and they had gone. I could also hear the TV from the room above mine which was on until 1am.
Everything, comfort, service, food all excellent
Claem hotel with friendly staff, and decent level of decor.
Very nice rooms which were immaculately clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restraunt was delicious with a good selection on menu.
The hotel is quite a far walk from the city centre, perhaps 40minute walk. There are buses however which service the area.
The hotel itself was excellent. We ate in the bar and in the restaurant and found both good value and enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and helpful
Room service did not take place until nearly 4.00pm - this was a bit surprising.
